The making of homemade salsa . . .

Well, I'm starting to have more tomatoes than I know what to do with, so I went today and bought all the ingredients for some salsa and it is/was delicious. I had enough tomatoes for four pints! I ate about a cup full all by myself. It turned out kind of soupy but next time around I'm going to remove the inside of the tomato and go for chunky. Wish you could smell how wonderful my kitchen smells. Ingredients below.

Lemon Juice
Vidalia Onion
Seranno Peppers
Habanero Peppers (these babies are HOT)
Dash of Olive Oil

This is the sole porpuse for a food processor in the the house, to make salsa.
