Head em up, Move em out!

Isn't it ironic that Hurricane Gustav is headed to almost the exact same location of the landfall of Hurricane Katrina and on the exact same weekend? Hurricane Katrina made its' second landfall in Louisianna on August 29, 2005.

I say, head em up and move em out! Don't wait for FEMA to rescue you! Don't wait for FEMA to bring you food and water! Take some personal responsibility, seek shelter for your family and stay tuned, Mayor Nagin is on the job! Yeah right, that makes me feel so much better! VN8

Do you think Reverend Hagee is praying another hurricane into New Orleans to punish the GOP for turning their back on him and his flock? In all seriousness, I hope the storm slows and blows on by without causing any disruption or damage.

You got that right! The federal government can't afford to continue to find homes for those displaced. I say if you can't afford to relocate and replace what you own and you live in a low lying area, you might want to reconsider what you call home. You think? I'd love to live along the coast but it just isn't feasible.

I do hope this isn't another huge disaster for anyone. VN8
