And these knee-jerkers sizzle in their seats when we call oblama a communist?! Where else have we seen this before?

I mean, hey .... we're just calling it what it is.

I think this was some teacher's idea to do a little tweaking on the conservatives. This is gonna make a perfect poster in support of home schooling ... As if the teachers' union needs such a poster.

Winger, my mama had a come to Jesus meeting with a social studies teacher back in '73, I was in seventh grade, because he brought a little "red" book to class, wanted to broaden our horizons. Twenty five years later at a "junior" high class reunion that same social studies teacher was there, I asked him, Mr. __________________ do you remember me, he said, ______________ ______________ (called me by name, first and last) there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you. My mom was furious that we weren't being taught HISTORY, so every day when I came home, she had me tell her everything that happened in that class, everything, then she would set my butt straight, I'd go to class the next day, "indoctrinated" by my mom and set "him" straight! Now if there is any indoctrination going on, I think it is the responsibility of the parent, not the "village" leader! This video set my ass on fire! LOL VN8

Michelle Malkin, among others, had a good time with this one. Just imagine, for a moment and if you dare, something like this having been done for RR or W? You say you can't imagine such a thing? Neither can I. This type of thing is the product of statist minds all too common amongst the education set.

And I would have paid to have seen your mama go critical mass on that teacher.

Lee, you see it every day you read my blog. No charge, I just challenge you to keep up the fight for Liberty!

For all of my mom's short comings and that's a long story, she loved her Country more than life itself. VN8

Just give me more reason to either private or home-school if I ever have kids.

Lee makes a good point. Now how do we go about the task of removing the power from the hands of these "statists"? We have a union of so-called educators who are all on the same page, and who support, fund and elect people like Obaba who will allow their claws deeper into the lives of our children. (I can't construct a sentence) It's a huge Goliath and it's gonna take a heckuva lot of organization on the part of us Davids in order to throw them out. Home-schooling is the biggest thumb-in-the-eye we can give them right now. Couple this with being more active as parents in the socialization of our children, and we can teach the kids that "state indoctrination" is less about the truth and more about breeding dependency on a (sing along if you will) bloated and overbearing government.
