How progressive are you?

Take this interactive quiz and tell me how progressive you are.

The Progressive Quiz

My ideological score: 79/400

This makes me extremely conservative. The average score for Americans is 209.5

I'm sure this liberal group would love to get inside my head! On second thought they might be afraid they would become trapped inside my head and not be able to escape! VN8

86/400 here, VN8 -- LOL @ the wording of the "questions". To say the liberals are "eaten up" with themselves is an understatement. They are all about the "progressive" movement, but are jaw numb when asked to define the progression. Nero played a mean violin when his big government crumbled! Hey, maybe that's what they mean by the term "progressive rock"!! heh

Heh - VN8 the tag at the end of my score said I was "extremely conservative" ... so you musta been hyper-super-conservative with a 76!

It was once said of me that I was in for a miserable 4 years. I think those who count on the great panacea to fix the economy and kiss the owie and make it all better are really in for a shock.

That quiz was a good attempt to make socialism look good. I don't know how they still link such hogwash to "progressiveness". Progress is usually associated with positive movement toward a goal. Guess it doesn't have to be a particularly *smart* goal, does it?

OM1, I was ategorized as "extrenely consaervative" as well. I thin I'll go back and take the quiz again and answer with all "0's" just to see if Pat Buchannan's face pops out of the screen!!! I went to one of his rallies in Cobb County, before Lester Maddox passed (not sure if you have heard of him and his ax handles from the 60's) ggogle it, it's quite interesting, but back to the subject, old Lester was at the rally on stage with Pat and it was kind of like a mob mentality. It was before I had a carry permit and before metal detectors! I'm thinking he ran against President Reagan in '86, yeah anyway, I think I have a run away sentnce! LOL VN8/BB

VN8 it's not the fence, it's in the driver's seat. I look out the left window and see people chasing and barking at the car then I look out the right window and see more people chasing and barking at the car. I step on the gas and see them all in the rear view mirror. Oh and it's cushy comfortable car seat so my ass is not sore. LOL

LOL Jim ... I need to see a pic of your car with its steering wheel squarely in the center. I'm quite familiar with Lester Maddox ... now if you could just get him or Pat Buchannan to pop out of Obama's teleprompter screen ...
